Committee
The organizing committee changes each year as new events and activities are added. The Central Labrador Economic Development Board takes a lead role each year, with generous support and assistance from staff of the College of the North Atlantic, the Department of Natural Resources and Donna Roberts. Most recently we were joined by new staff from the Community Youth Network. We have also had help in the past from the staff of the United Cultures Youth Centre and Human Resources Labour and Employment.
The event would not be possible without the continued support of the Town of Happy Valley Goose Bay and their recreation staff.
We are missing Shelley Clemens again this year, the local representative from Deparment of Natural Resources /Agrifoods Division - she's on maternity leave!
We appreciate all of the other volunteers, including our food, agriculture and craft judges, entertainers, and youth who help set up the venue.
