Concession Booths
Please download the PDF registration forms for booths. 8' x 10' Booth fee is $25 and includes drapery backdrop, one table and chair. Additional tables are only available if you purchase a second booth space. You may supply your own extra tables and chairs. Registration Forms should be completed and dropped off to the CLEDB office at 169 Hamilton or faxed to the Big Land Fair at 709-896-8209 before August 31, 2010. Information and Rules
Photography
Please be advised that there will be photographs being taken throughout the fair weekend. If you do not want photos taken of you or your display, please advise Carol Best or Miriam Burden by Friday afternoon, as some photos will be taken Friday evening for the local paper and website.

Hours:
• Friday September 10th is set up day from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. All crafters must be done by 8:00pm so the staff can get home for a rest before the Fair!!!
• Saturday September 11th doors open at 8:00am to the booth holders who chose not to set up the night before.
• Saturday September 11th doors open at 9:00am sharp to the public! We will run until 4:00pm on Saturday.

Other Stuff including 'The Fine Print':
1. Crafters should be here at least 15 minutes prior to opening. All tables should be ready to do business at 9am sharp on Saturday.
2. Each crafter is responsible for his/her own set-up and cash.
3. There will be one chair and one table will be provided for each booth.
4. Due to the limited number of tables available, we encourage you to bring your own additional tables.
5. Each crafter takes full responsibility for items left on site. It is understood that goods are left at your own risk.
6. You may use the back doors to unload your booth supplies. Once vehicles have been unloaded, please park your car in the designated parking area and do not block fire routes.
7. The main concession stand provided by Minor Soccer will be available for food and drink.
8. Please remember that we are growing each year and will be open to suggestions/criticism, with the understanding that these will only be read after the fair is completed. Fair survey sheets will be provided at your table. Please fill them out and return them to the Fair Information Booth.
9. All booth holders are invited and encouraged to participate in any of the contests being held!
